Let, Make and the Bare Infinitive

Let en el sentido de "permitir" se combina con el "bare infinitive" así:
Sujeto+LET+objeto+bare infinitive  (p. ej. Isabel LET me go.) En este caso hablamos del pasado. También sirve para futuro (Isabel will LET me go.) El presente simlple (Isabel LETS me go every day.) Y el presente como imperativo (Isabel, LET me go!)
Let también tiene un significado de "hacer posible" y su uso es igual. (The bono-metro LETS me ride the metro or the bus.)

Make tiene por significado "forzar a alguien hacer algo en contra de su voluntad" o "causar algo o hacer que alguien hace algo"
(My mother MAKES me clean my room every week.  o  That film MADE me laugh.)
